Terms and Agreements

BUILDER ENTITY welcomes the participation of licensed real estate agents in the sale of our new homes. Working together, we can make the purchase of a quality built home a most satisfying experience for our new homeowner.

BUILDER ENTITY pays a flat rate commission in the amount of $10,000.00 for a condominium and $15,000.00 for a single family on all homes sold by a real estate agent representing a prospect at the time of closing. All criteria listed below will apply.

REGISTRATION

You must either register your prospect online by receiving a confirmation from The Sales Manager or accompany your prospects on their first visit and personally present your business card and register your prospects. The registration is valid for a period of 90 days. Telephone registration will not be accepted. At the end of the 90 day period, if your prospect has not purchased, it will be necessary for you to re-register your prospect with our sales office.

CONTRACT PREPARATION

The on-site Sales Manager will assume the selling role for you and direct the prospective purchaser's visit. Your prospects will be given a complete community and project orientation. The Sales Manager will assist in selecting the home site and floor plan. Since our contract forms are designed for the new homes sold by the developer of this community/building, the Sales Manager will prepare and present to the prospect all contractual forms.

PRE-OCCUPANCY INSPECTION

At least 24 hours before closing, a walk through inspection of the premises by the purchaser, with a builder representative, will occur. Since this inspection and new home orientation is lengthy and detailed, we ask that only the purchaser attend this inspection with our company.

COMMISSION

Flat rate commissions will be paid as noted above - $10,000.00 for a condominium and $15,000.00 for a single family. Thank you for considering our community/building for your prospects. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us to deliver a promising and rewarding home purchase experience.
